Jonathan Richards - Managing Director
With a background and expertise in the financial services industry, Jonathan's strengths lie in leadership and company development. Today he is respsonsible for keeping everyone focussed on the same goals, never happy unless something today is better than yesterday.
Outside work, Jonathan's varied interests see him doing anything from spending time with his family, sailing across the Atlantic, trekking in the Himalaya or canoeing the UK waterways. Jonathan's drive is what keeps Centurion at the forefront of the industry.
Gareth Burrows - Director
Director and co-owner, Gareth has a background in people and project management. Gareth heads up breatheHR's consultancy team as well as developing Centurion's unique implementation methodology. Today his particular area of expertise is in the management of complex projects and new product development.
Outside work he can be found either scaling the heights of the UK's highest mountains or deep wreck scuba diving at the bottom of the sea. Gareth has a passion for being the best and brings that passion to his work.
