Posture People "It has been a turning point in our business adopting the Sage ACT! software. It sounds ridiculously basic but we now know who our customers are, when we've talked to them and most importantly we can log when we need to talk to them again and it reminds us to do it! We are now really reaping the benefits and have seen sales steadily increase since we started using Sage ACT!. We originally got ACT! for our Sales Department, but it's proved so useful that we are planning to increase the number of licences we've got so that Marketing and Sales Order Processing Departments can use it as well.
