The Navigator : a workspace that enables users to access and edit employee information in over 40 screens. The Document Centre : a document management tool that allows users to store and access documents, reports, charts and exports. The Message Centre : where automated requested are processed and reminders are received. The Staff Communities : used to distribute information, self service and intranet functionality to the desktops of the people that need it most.

Free Support

Access to our support desk is free for breatheHR users.

The server and database maintained entirely by us, so technical issues should be few and far between. The system is configured in such a way, that it alerts our support team to any potential issues before they are discovered.

For supported users the support desk is available from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and contactable by telephone and e-mail. It also includes remote desktop support via WebEx.

We use Leading Microsoft .NET technology to turn your internet browser into an innovative HR software application. The database platform used is Microsoft's leading SQL Database Server.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology is used to ensure your data is safe when accessed on the web. Your data is safely stored in a security protected database. SSL, provided by Verisign, is used to encrypt data as it travels to your desktop. The same technology which is used for internet banking.

This high bandwidth connection ensures that your system will perform the same as it would if it were installed on site. We are able to boast 99.9% uptime of our servers. In most cases this is greater reliability than offered by internal IT departments who typically run maintenance tasks during the working day.
