These are the people who run Centurion on a day to day basis and the people you are most likely to come into contact with as you begin your relationship with Centurion. We after reading this, you’ll feel you know us a little better.

Meet the Centurion Management Team.

Jonathan Richards

Jonathan is CEO of Centurion. Founding director since 1996. With a background and expertise in the financial services industry, Jonathan's true strengths lie in leadership and company development. He has guided Centurion since its conception, ensuring standards are always driven upwards. Jonathan is well versed in the entire Centurion range of solutions and is able to advise in an expert capacity on any of them. His interests outside the company are in sailing and travel and he has recently returned from an expedition to Nepal.

Gareth Burrows

Gareth Burrows is Operations Director of Centurion and Jonathan’s senior partner. At the company for nearly ten years, Gareth has a background in people and project management. Gareth has headed up Centurion's consultancy team as well as developing the Centurion implementation methodology. Today his particular area of expertise is in the management of CRM projects. Outside Centurion, Gareth's is a respected and well-known technical diver and a keen mountain walker.

Paul Chapman

Product Development Manager for Centurion. Paul is responsible for the continued testing and assessment of our product range against emerging products. Ensuring that the solutions we recommend to you are the best on the market, Paul has headed up our consultancy team and today his particular area of expertise is in the management of HR solution projects. Recently, Paul led the team that developed and released breathehr into the market. Outside Centurion, Paul is a keen sportsman and can be regularly found playing golf, football, or racing down a mountain on a snowboard.

Martyn Keane

Martyn heads up both the consultancy and support teams at Centurion and is a very experienced consultant. Well qualified for his current role. Martyn is an expert in our entire range of solutions and ensures that the standard of service our teams offer and deliver is maintained at his own high standard. Martyn’s particular interest is in the configuration and customisation of our HR solutions. Outside Centurion, Martyn is another keen sportsman, enjoying golf, football, cycling and running.
