Support at Centurion

We offer an absolutely transparent support policy to our clients that details exactly what is covered and what is not covered. Plus we offer a transparent process for how we deal with your enquiries.

We prioritise our support cases solely on the impact that an issue has on your business, so if something dramatic happens, you can rest assured we will down tools to help.

Our support is provided by our consultancy team, so you can be assured that we are not only experts in the system, we have real-world experience of implementing solutions and the issues you may be facing. You will have access to the actual person who implemented your solution.


Telephone Support

Sometimes you just need to hear a friendly, reassuring voice. Our support team is available on the phone from 0900 until 1730 Monday to Friday. To log a new call, simply call 08445 611 223 and press option 1 for support.


Email Support

We have a dedicated email mailbox for support queries, which is reviewed constantly throughout the working day. Any emails sent during the evening and night are reviewed by the team first thing in the morning and processed according to the impact of the reported issue. Remote Support

Technology never stops moving, and recent years have seen the development of remote support technology. Centurion has fully embraced this secure, easy to use technology. With remote support we can actually see what you are seeing on your screen, or even take control and fix the issue for you directly.
