Vizual HR.net has been written in Microsoft .NET, one of the most advanced development environments available. It is entirely delivered through a web browser, so end users access the system wherever they are through a secure access route. This means that HR professionals can manage employee records when away from their main office - for example visiting other offices or working from home. Employees can also interact with the system from their desktop.

Because it is delivered through a web browser there is no time consuming client installation on every users PC and software updates need only be applied centrally.
